Mt. Poroshiri

Mt. Poroshiri means "big mountain" in Ainu and is the only mountain in the Hidaka Range exceeding 2,000 meters, with an elevation of 2,052 meters. It features cirque formations from the glacial period and alpine flower fields in summer.
