It is rare for a location that sees over two meters of snow to make wine, but the winemakers here are committed to their craft. They skillfully utilize Hokkaido’s climate to produce their wine under the promise of “handcrafted wine born from the terroir.” The RICCA series, made entirely using grapes grown on the property, is a popular blend with a design motif of snow crystals.
