The Toyohira River flows quietly through the Jozankei hot spring resort area, which is well known as a backwater of Sapporo. The bright red suspension bridge that spans the river blends beautifully with the surrounding nature and is known as a spot where visitors can enjoy wonderful seasonal views. From the bridge, visitors can see Futami Rock and Kappa-Buchi. Especially during the season of autumn leaves, the view of Kappa-Buchi from the suspension bridge is a feast for the eyes of visitors as it is decorated with colorful trees.
