Imagine that there are some acts that can be annoying even if you don't mean it. It is a shame for those who are welcoming visitors to Hokkaido.  Sometimes you could be in danger, and sometimes you might give damages to destinations that you think beautiful and come to visit.

Regarding Photography

- Stepping onto roads or railway tracks for photography: This is extremely dangerous and obstructs traffic.

- Pointing cameras at people or cars without permission: This may constitute an invasion of privacy.

- Entering private property: This is trespassing, and in the case of fields, it may cause crops to wither or spread pests and diseases.

- Using drones: This may violate aviation laws and other regulations.

Other Nuisance Behaviors

- Smoking in non-designated areas, such as on the street.

- Littering.
