Otaru Station
JR Otaru Station connects routes to Sapporo, Yoichi and Niseko. The glass lamps in front of the windows in the station's central concourse are the symbol of Otaru Station. The station building and Platform 5 appear in the first film. Built in 1934, the station building takes you back to bygone days, particularly when the lamps on the platform are lit at night. Inside the station are various restaurants selling Otaru specialties, including a sushi stand, bakery, and burger store.
