Sankakuyama Goemon Ramen
An old-school ramen restaurant with a seven-seat counter, Sankakuyama Goemon Ramen serves great dishes from the masterminds behind the legendary Sapporo udon restaurant Sankakuyama Goemon. This was the setting for the scene where the detective and Takada slurp ramen together at the counter and the detective is captured the moment they leave the restaurant. The soy sauce ramen is a particular favorite for its refreshing taste. The straight noodles are made in-house. With a firmness and flexibility that is unusual for the medium thickness these noodles have, they perfectly complement the fish stock based broth.
