• Using the stamp rally service

  The following system environment is recommended in order to use the digital stamp rally service.

• Recommended system environment

  iPhone: iOS 13 or later + Safari browser
  Android: Android 10 or later + Chrome browser

  ・Browsers other than the above default browsers for each OS are not recommended. Only smartphones can be used to participate in the stamp rally. Computers, tablets, and feature phones (phones without smartphone functions) cannot be used.
  ・If you have questions about your smartphone, please contact your contracted carrier.
  ・Set your browser to allow cookies before participating. If cookies are not allowed, stamp details will not be saved.
  ・Cookies differ depending on the browser. The same browser needs to be used every time. If you access the website from a different browser, stamp details will not be saved.
  ・Turn off private mode in Safari (iPhone)/incognito mode in Chrome (Android) before participating. If these modes are turned on, cookies are automatically deleted and stamp details will not be saved.
  ・Be sure not to delete cookies, as this will erase the details of stamps you have collected.
  ・Please note that only the above smartphones have been checked for compatibility. It may not be possible to participate in the stamp rally on some other smartphones.
  

• Caution

  ・There may be cases where opening hours change or facilities close. Please check for updates before visiting each spot.
  ・The stamp checkpoints may be changed without warning. Check the stamp rally website for the latest stamp checkpoints.
  ・The event may be changed or canceled without warning.

• Disclaimer

  While the organizers of the stamp rally take the utmost care, they do not guarantee the accuracy, usefulness, reliability, safety, etc. of the content on this website, each service, or any other elements pertaining to the stamp rally. Additionally, the organizers accept no responsibility for damages to users or third parties in any of the following cases.

  ・Cases where users cannot receive prizes due to failing to input accurate data
  ・Cases where a direct or indirect loss is incurred through the use of or inability to use the stamp rally service
  ・Cases where damage to hardware or software occurs through the use of the stamp rally service
  ・Cases where a loss of any kind is incurred due to disruption or delays in the stamp rally service due to falsification of information or interference by a third party
  ・Cases where the service cannot be used due to the user accessing it from an environment other than those recommended
  ・Cases where defects occur in the service or information is not sent correctly, except cases where this occurred through an intentional action or serious oversight by the organizers

• Other details

  ・If a user is found to have engaged in fraudulent behavior when obtaining stamps, the user’s account will immediately be terminated, and the user will be ineligible for the prize draw.
  ・Personal information entered for the prize draw will only be used for the purposes of the stamp rally (including on delivery slips to send the prizes to the winners). (Please note that the information may be disclosed when required under laws, regulations, etc.)
  ・Personal information will be managed appropriately according to the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
  ・The rights of prizewinners cannot be transferred to a third party, exchanged for money, on-sold, or subject to any other actions of this nature under any circumstances.
